International conference on “Construction of Bridges” has started in Baku. The conference was organized by the Association of Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA). Chairman of AVCIYA, MP Elkhan Suleymanov delivered a keynote speech and spoke about the democratization process in Azerbaijan in recent years and cooperation processes with Europe.
