International conference on “Construction of Bridges” has started in Baku. The conference was organized by the Association of Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA). Chairman of AVCIYA, MP Elkhan Suleymanov delivered a keynote speech and spoke about the democratization process in Azerbaijan in recent years and cooperation processes with Europe. He said that the Nagorno Karabakh problem is not a conflict; it is an aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan and the occupation of the territories. Criticizing the activity of international organizations Suleymanov underlined that the OSCE Minsk Group have done nearly nothing for the solution of the conflict during its activity about 20 years.
