At the building of Russian government was applied overall prohibition to smoking. The only place in Russian white house where it was possible recently to smoke used to be toilets. However, at the end of last week there were appeared labels titled: “No smoking at the building of Russian Federation”. Nowadays smokers have to leave the building to smoke. There was no answer to the request who is the initiator of this prohibition from the public relation department of white house. As it was explained at the government apparatus theoretically there had to be the officially confirmed decree which should be presented to the attention of all habitants of the government house.
It is worth to mention that the smokers’ condition at the white house has been worsened a long time ago. Before it was possible to smoke there at the stairs and places specially allocated for it. Later it was possible only at toilets. Now, smokers are probably going to be deprived from those places as well. By the way, it is allowed to smoke at Gos Duma (Russian parliament) and Kremlin. At the first case – at the stairs, at the second case – correspondingly at the toilets.
