The “ELS Independent Research Center” and the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) has got positive reply from the Central Election Commission (CEC) to the application on getting accreditation with the aim to conduct joint “Exit – Poll” survey during the December 23 municipality elections. Thus the above mentioned organizations have got the rights to conduct official joint “Exit – Poll” survey during the municipality elections. The “ELS Independent Research Center” and the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) will be conducting joint “Exit – Poll” survey in the following 8 municipalities: Davamı →
