The “ELS” Independent Research Center had organized trainings in Salyan and Neftchala cities for interviewers and supervisors are going to participate on “exit-poll” on September 13. At the first stage, there were involved 12 interviewers, 3 supervisors and 4 persons considered as reserve that are going to work on the polling stations covered by the “exit-poll” at the territory of Salyan region. Mr. Nazirmammad Guliyev had joined to these trainings as a trainer. At the same time the chairwoman of the “ELS” Independent Research Center Mrs. Irada Yagubova had also participated on training.
During the training the interviewers and supervisors were explained about their duties and responsibilities. They were also provided with forms of questionnaires. The final list of participants of “exit-poll” training and their dislocation are identified and at the end the participants’ questions were answered.
The persons are going to work as interviewers and supervisors at the polling stations situated on the territory of Neftchala region covered by the “exit -poll” survey were involved to the training. At the same time the observers are going to observe the election process on that station during the voting day had also participated at this training. During the training in Neftchala interviewers, supervisors and observers were explained their duties and responsibilities they have to conduct on the voting day. They were provided with corresponding documents. At the end of the training participants’ questions were answered by the trainer.
It should be emphasized that 26 persons participated on trainings on two regions in general.
